Sep 29, 2022 · I have colonial police. resistance average is 70 and compliance average is 40. I need 60. However, I electrified ethiopia already. Compliance doesn't grow due to the colonial police modifier but resistance also doesn't grow, so if I switch I will prob face a revolt.

Oct 17, 2022 · Because they haven't joined the war, Italy taking Ethiopia isn't sufficient to bring the UK or France into the war. There are only two participants at war, Italy and Ethiopia.
