X-Cel Gymnastics is the proud home of the girls Xquisite Gymnastics Team, levels 4- Elite. Our athletes have earned praise and recognition both locally and across the nation. We offer a well-organized team program with a strong focus on proper progressions and skill development.

Our girls' recreational gymnastics classes cover fundamental to advanced skills, rotating through floor/trampoline, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam. Classes also include strength training, conditioning, and safety. We offer Levels 1 to 5/6/7, with skills detailed below, and emphasize proper progressions and techniques.

We are the most accomplished gym in Western PA, offering preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics classes, tumbling, cheer, ninja, adaptive gymnastics, and team gymnastics up through the elite level.

X-Treme Ninja classes focus on strength, coordination, agility, flexibility, dynamic movements, and grip power! Our instructors incorporate parkour, martial arts, gymnastics, and the use of a fully customizable, state of the art ninja course that includes a warped wall, floating planks, rings, skyhooks, and so much more!

Gymnastics is great for developing strength and flexibility. Our recreational boys classes not only help to set a strong foundation for other sport endeavors, but also enhance the performance in other sports.

Girls enrolled in Levels 1–7 all-around gymnastics classes are invited to participate in our annual mock gymnastics meet! This exciting event gives athletes the chance to showcase their skills and perform routines learned in class in front of an audience and guest judges, including members of our Xquisite Gymnastics team.

Our preschool gymnastics program at X-Cel Gymnastics caters to children aged 18 months through Kindergarten. It revolves around fostering the development of each child, recognizing movement as the cornerstone of learning.
