Interstate 480 (I-480) is a 41.77-mile-long (67.22 km) auxiliary Interstate Highway of I-80 in the US state of Ohio that passes through much of the Greater Cleveland area, including the southern parts of the city of Cleveland. I-480 is one of 13 auxiliary Interstate Highways in the state.

The western terminus is at I-80 in North Ridgeville while the eastern terminus is at I-80 in Streetsboro.

Interstate 480 constitutes a 43.07 mile long suburban loop north from I-80/Ohio Turnpike to Cleveland. The Outerbelt South Freeway branches northeast from I-80 at the city of North Ridgeville, overtaking SR 10 along an expressway that originates at U.S. 20 south of Elyria.

The western terminus for Interstate 480 in Ohio is about 25 miles southwest of Cleveland between Elyria and Grafton. The journey from west to east is roughly in the shape of an arc touching Cleveland's southern outskirts before merging with I-80 just east of Hudson.
