April 4 (UPI) -- The Trump administration may suspend $510 million in federal grants to Brown University. The White House confirmed Thursday it plans to freeze Brown's funding, although the university says it hasn't been made aware of this action by the government, The Daily Caller, CNN and CBS News reported.
The letter comes just weeks after Trump yanked roughly $400 million in grants and contracts from Columbia University, citing the school’s noncompliance with anti-discrimination laws.
