Miles J. Harvey shines as DJ, a science-minded teen spending time with his parents at their vacation home over his last winter break before he heads off to Dartmouth to study biology. But before the family can ring in the New Year at their rustic Maine sanctuary, people from Vince’s past show up to disturb the peace he has so carefully cultivated.

After all, it has an all-star cast featuring the likes of Bill Murray, Ed Harris, Jennifer Coolidge, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Pullman (Bill’s kid) and Pete Davidson. Surely, no one would dare put these shining stars in such a horribly, disturbing film that’s as awkward as it is humorless. Director Dito Montiel would… and did.
