Emma Raducanu had to battle against rival and close friend Amanda Anisimova to reach the third round of the Australian Open.

Iga Swiatek will be making her 20th consecutive third-round appearance at a Grand Slam after defeating Rebecca Sramkova 6-0, 6-2 on Thursday at the Australian Open.
