Russian forces launched airstrikes on the town of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast on Saturday, 22 February, leaving at least two people dead and four others injured, with more civilians possibly trapped under the rubble of an apartment block.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has reported that Russian forces have captured the village of Ulakly to the west of Kurakhove and continue their advance in this direction. The primary objective of the Russian forces is to level the line of contact and establish better-fortified positions.
