All Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library branches have delayed openings Tuesday due to inclement weather.

Although conditions have seemingly improved on many of the main highways, side streets might still be worse for wear as crews prioritize major roads.

According to a hazardous weather outlook, wind chill values near or a few degrees below zero are expected Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Clear skies and lows near 10 degrees into the single digits will be possible Tuesday in areas near southern Ohio and northern Kentucky.
