Sonic the Hedgehog 3 races onto 4K Blu-ray April 15, and fans can choose between Sonic and Shadow steelbook cover art.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has set a new record ahead of its digital release, becoming the highest-grossing of the entire series. Set for digital release on January 21 in the US, the threequel, which sees Sonic, Tails and Knuckles form an alliance with Dr Robotnik to defeat Shadow the Hedgehog, has yet to confirm its release in the UK.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will be getting a digital release on January 21st, but fans that prefer physical media will be waiting a little longer.
