I've taken to playing SimCity classic again, and was wondering if anyone had any good layout tips, strats, or resources regarding the game (I realize it was mostly played before the WWW was popular).

For its avoidable limitations, SimCity is still a gorgeous and often captivating strategy game. It's easy to consider this the best city-building strategy game to arrive in years.
