After the quarterback asked Barkley on Monday at Super Bowl 2025 media night who should sign him in free agency, the Eagles star and former Giant said, “I think New York needs a quarterback right now,” later clarifying he meant the Giants.

After catching heat for his latest comments, Saquon Barkley proclaimed that things between he and the New York Giants are “so played out.”

There has been some speculation that the New York Giants could sign Jameis Winston during free agency in March. The Giants need to revamp their quarterback room, and Winston would be a good backup or even a bridge starter.
