If the price of Forever stamps go up in the future, the stamps won't expire and will be equal in value to the current price of a 1-ounce piece of first-class mail.

White, a native of Oak Park, had worked with the Los Angeles Zoo — where the stamp was unveiled — since its opening in 1966 until her death in December 2021, a couple weeks shy of her 100th birthday.
