MIAMI – UFC 314, arguably the best UFC event of the year so far, is just a day away. Ahead of the big night, MMA Junkie’s Danny Segura and Mike Bohn previewed the card, which is headlined by a title fight between Alexander Volkanovski (26-5 MMA, 13-4 UFC) and Diego Lopes (27-6 MMA, 6-1 UFC) for the vacant featherweight belt.

In the main event, former UFC champion Alexander Volkanovski will try to get his title back against top contender Diego Lopes. Volkanovski has won two of his past five fights, while Lopes has reeled off five straight victories.

UFC 314 is the best event the promotion has put on thus far in 2025, and the featherweight title occupies the main event spotlight.
