When will it end? Just when you thought it was all over and that Drake would star focusing on music again, the derided Canadian rapper has doubled down – becoming less “Certified Lover Boy” and more “Certified Lawyer Boy”.

Drake has withdrawn the petition he raised accusing Spotify and Universal Music Group (UMG) of illegally boosting Kendrick Lamar‘s diss track “Not Like Us.” According to documents filed with the New York Supreme Court on Tuesday,

Drake had filed actions against Universal Music Group and Spotify, in which he claimed the two companies had colluded to artificially boost the streaming numbers of Lamar’s song “Not Like Us.” The song was one of several tracks released in a feud between Drake and Lamar.
