PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Police in Providence are investigating after a man was reported to have been chasing a group of people down Orms Street while wielding a machete on Sunday. According to an incident report obtained by 12 News, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Orms Street just after 1:30 a.m.
