Ohio's minimum wage has increased to $10.70 per hour
Ohio's minimum wage has increased by 2.3%, going from $10.45 per hour to $10.70 per hour as of Jan. 1. The minimum wage for tipped employees also has increased from $5.25 per hour to $5.35 per hour, but businesses might face larger wage hikes if voters approve an amendment potentially coming to the ballot in 2025.

COLUMBUS, OHIO (WLIO) - Ohio's minimum wage will see a slight bump January 1st. The per hour rate for non-tipped employees will increase from $10.45 cents to $10.70 cents. The minimum wage for tipped employees will increase from $5.25 an hour to $5.35 cents an hour.
