Toyota Motor Corp. said during Wednesday's third-quarter analysts presentation that production preparations are completed at the Liberty plant and shipments will begin in April.

LIBERTY, N.C. — The Toyota battery manufacturing plant at the Greensboro-Randolph mega site is barrelling towards the start of production! The manufacturing plant announced on Wednesday, Feb. 5 that it is ready to start production and will start shipping batteries in April 2025.
