The Toronto Maple Leafs picked up a 3-1 victory over the Seattle Kraken for a third-straight win on their road trip.

The Toronto Maple Leafs could be getting a key reinforcement in net soon, as goaltender Anthony Stolarz took the ice and completed a full practice Tuesday for the first time since undergoing knee surgery in December. Stolarz had already taken the ice earlier this month when he practiced on Friday, taking his first reps since Dec. 12.

Forward John Tavares has resumed skating at the team's facility and could return to practice by the end of this week, head coach Craig Berube told reporters Monday.

Holmberg – Robertson Pacioretty – Kampf – Lorentz Reaves Marner, who leads the Leafs with 70 points this season, won’t be rejoining Auston Matthews on the team’s top line, not right away anyway. He’ll skate instead on a line with William Nylander and John Tavares,

Marner didn't want to get into specifics on the lower-body injury but noted it had nothing to do with his previous game.

Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz is set to start between the pipes for the first time since December 12 against the Seattle Kraken, while Mitch Marner also returns with the team after missing Tuesday’s contest against the Calgary Flamers.

Stolarz hasn’t played since December 12, marking an eight-week hiatus where the goaltender hasn’t seen game action.
