The draft lottery was kind to the Philadelphia 76ers as they were able to keep their top 6 protected pick. The Sixers moved up from No. 5 in the lottery position to No. 3 once the lottery results were revealed and it puts the franchise in a good spot to bounce back after a miserable 2024-25 season.
The Sixers have not held a lottery pick since 2018. The team drafted Mikal Bridges at No. 10 but traded him to the Suns in exchange for No. 16 pick Zhaire Smith and a 2021 first-rounder.
