WHARTON, N.J. -- I-80 is closed in Wharton, New Jersey as crews are back on the scene of a previous sinkhole on the highway.

State Department of Transportation crews are using radar to examine the soil within that hole and in the surrounding ground on which the interstate sits.

This is the second time in recent months that drivers in the area are dealing with detours and delays, with the previous sinkhole forming in December and taking four days to repair.
