Nearly four years after it began, a lawsuit between a former pharmacy student who claimed her First Amendment rights had been violated and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center has been settled out of court.

Kimberly Diei was awarded $250,000 from the Univeristy of Tennessee over a lawsuit in which she alleged her First Amendment rights were violated.
