All lanes of Interstate 94 northbound were closed near Drexel Avenue due to shots fired on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 8.

"Upon arrival, police confirmed that an eastbound train had struck a pedestrian in this area, resulting in a fatality," the department said in a statement.

Crews are building an entrance ramp from East Bush Lake Road in Bloomington to I-494 west and will be installing beams on the ramp this weekend.
