The secret annex – one of the most famous dwellings in history, thanks to Frank’s best-selling published diary – can now be explored remotely, in New York.

A full-scale replica of the secret annex where Anne Frank penned her famous diary opened in New York City on Monday as the world marked International Holocaust Remembrance Day.
