Thomas Frank has agreed to take over as Tottenham head coach after Ange Postecoglou was sacked by the club's chairman Daniel Levy on Friday afternoon, according to reports

Thomas Frank has agreed to take the reins at Tottenham, stepping in as manager to replace Ange Postecoglou. Postecoglou was given his marching orders by Spurs on Friday, a mere 16 days after guiding the club to their first piece of silverware in 17 years with a Europa League victory.

When Ange Postecoglou was praising Thomas Frank at the end of January he probably didn't expect to be replaced at the Tottenham helm by the Dane just over four months later. That is what may happen over the coming days if Daniel Levy chooses to appoint Frank as Postecoglou's successor.
