A CBS News analysis of open-source flight data and Russian media reports has uncovered that Steve Witkoff, President Trump's envoy to Ukraine and the Middle East, was in Moscow meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin when he was added to a Signal group chat with over a dozen other senior administration officials — and accidentally included one journalist.
