The Giants lost 3-2 to the Cleveland Guardians despite two hits from Rafael Devers in his debut after Sunday’s trade from Boston.

Gabriel Arias hit a go-ahead homer in the sixth inning and doubled in the ninth on a night when San Francisco celebrated new slugger Rafael Devers at every chance.

Rafael Devers told reporters Tuesday he'll play any position for the San Francisco Giants after the team acquired him in a blockbuster trade with the Boston Red Sox (h/t Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle).
