Mercedes-AMG has revealed the 2025 GT 43 coupe. The 4-cylinder model hasalf the cylinders of the GT 55, but only 53 fewer horses — for more than $30,000 less.

There are almost too many Mercedes-AMG GT variants to number, but the most exciting ones - like the AMG GT Pro - all come with a V8. The AMG GT 43, unfortunately, does not. It comes with a turbocharged 2.

AMG GT43 coupe joins the AMG GT55 and GT63 models, which are more powerful and cost more too.The GT43 has a 416-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that pairs with rear-wheel drive. Pricing for the '25 AMG GT43 coupe starts at $107,

Mercedes-Benz's naming conventions could use some work, but we won't fault the engineers in Affalterbach for the mouthful that is the 2025 Mercedes-AMG E 53 Hybrid. After all, a new powertrain that pumps out as many ponies as the previous E 63 S makes up for a lot.
