DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 11-year-old boy. Police say Elijah was last seen on Thursday leaving the 6100 block of Marbut Road on a blue bicycle.

Police arrested Brian Rice, Tahj George Rankine and a third suspect for murder and concealing death charges. Police aren’t releasing the third suspect’s name since he is a minor. They took the trio into custody following a chase in DeKalb County.
