PSV Eindhoven have signed former Arsenal striker Lucas Perez until the end of the season, the Dutch club said on Sunday, just over a week before they host the London club in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie.

Lucas Perez has joined Arsenal’s Champions League round of 16 opponents PSV Eindhoven on a free transfer. The former Arsenal striker had been a free agent for a short amount of time after seeing his contract with boyhood club Deportivo La Coruna terminated for personal reasons in January.

Arsenal take on PSV in the Champions League in March and former striker Lucas Perez is set to go up against them for the second and third time since leaving seven years ago
