Exploding toilet injures man at Pittsburgh city hall

Officials said the incident occurred Monday morning, in a restroom on the fifth floor of the city-county building, not far from the mayor’s offices, according to WPXI. Video images show the toilet’s shattered tank, with jagged edges of the porcelain sticking up.
