Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" copyright infringement lawsuit has been dismissed. Andy Stone and Troy Powers alleged that Carey's festive hit copied their song of the same name written years earlier.

A lawyer for the two songwriters suing Mariah Carey said they will "make a decision shortly on whether to appeal."

Two songwriters had filed a $20 million lawsuit accusing her of infringing on their copyright of a song with the same name: “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”
