Sky 5 flew overhead Wednesday as crews were using equipment to clear debris from Interstate 87 near Knightdale.

A crash on I-87 southbound near Exit 1 E in Albany resulted in the closure of multiple lanes. The crash was first reported by the Department of Transportation around 2:45 p.m. on Monday.
