After just four months, Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero is officially the fastest-selling Dragon Ball console game to ever release with 5 million units sold worldwide.

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero reaches 5 million units sold, without a sales platform breakdown. Commercially successful and critically well-received, the game has strong ratings with critics at 85% recommending.

The throwback anime fighter launched in October of last year, and managed to sell over 3 million copies within its first 24 hours — so it's sold a further 2 million since then. What's more, it's now the fastest-selling Dragon Ball title ever on console.

Bandai Namco has announced that Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero sales have hit another big milestone, further cementing the latest Dragon Ball fighter's popularity and success. In a post on X, the studio reveals that Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has hit five million sales, a figure it's managed to reach in around four months.

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero has reportedly sold over five million copies worldwide, solidifying the game's remarkable success following its October 2024 launch. With additional content scheduled to be released for the fighting game soon, 2025 may be another banner year for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero.
