MI6 chief Sir Richard Moore and CIA director Bill Burns said the agencies have “exploited our intelligence channels to push hard for restraint and de-escalation” in the Middle East.

Sir Richard Moore and William Burns, the heads of MI6 and the CIA, also declared that the two countries were standing together to resist an assertive Russia and Putin's war of aggression in Ukraine.
