A teenager who died in a Los Angeles-area mansion party shooting that left six others injured was from Sacramento, officials said Tuesday. At around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, a gunman opened fire in the Woodland Hills home along Winnetka Avenue north of U.

Between 200 and 300 partygoers had gathered at the home for a 'flyer party,' so named for advertisements posted on the street, said LAPD Lt. Guy Goland.

The shooting took place in Tarzana, a suburb in the San Fernando Valley near Woodland Hills. A boy, 16, died at the scene and 6 others were injured.
