Konami is reportedly bringing back a nostalgic series that has not been seen since the PS3 and Xbox 360 days with a new reimagining.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Konami‘s remake of the third game in the series, is planned to release on August 28 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Last year, VGC went hands-on with the game and discussed the changes that had been made with producer Noriaki Okamura.

Konami also confirmed that while the PlayStation 5 and PC versions of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will feature the “Snake vs. Monkey” minigame with characters from Ape Escape, the Xbox Series version will feature the “Snake vs. Bomberman” minigame.
