Even though Kody Clemens has moved on from the Philadelphia Phillies, there are still some unanswered questions. Rob Thomson felt the need to publicly address Clemens’ departure to clear up any misunderstandings about the sudden move.

The Minnesota Twins have acquired infielder Kody Clemens from the Philadelphia Phillies. Clemens, the 28-year-old son of seven-time Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens, was designated for assignment by the Phillies on Wednesday.

The Twins have acquired infielder Kody Clemens from the Phillies in exchange for cash considerations. To make room for Clemens, the Twins placed prospect Luke Keaschall on the 10-day injured list with a nondisplaced fracture in his right forearm.
