The ongoing legal dispute between "It Ends With Us" co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni escalated Tuesday over Lively's decision to withdraw claims of emotional distress from her lawsuit.

Blake Lively withdrew two infliction of emotional distress claims against Justin Baldoni, a move her lawyers called "routine" and an attempt to "streamline" her case.

The move comes after Baldoni's attorneys requested Lively's therapy notes and medical records in discovery and said the actress "cannot have it both ways."
