In a new court filing, Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorneys claimed prosecutors' evidence against him only shows consensual sex with ex-girlfriend Cassie.

Lawyers for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs labeled the prosecution against the hip-hop star as “sexist and puritanical” on Tuesday, saying nine recordings of sex acts considered important evidence in the case show only consensual sex between willing adults.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

Filing anonymously as Jane Doe, a woman says Diddy offered her a ride home in Manhattan then drugged and raped her. The music mogul denies the claims.
