Cook County sheriff's deputy shot, killed on vacation in Turks and Caicos
Shamone Duncan, a 20-year veteran of the county’s Department of Corrections, and a man who lived in Turks and Caicos were killed by stray gunfire at a bar at 10 p.m. Saturday, the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force said.
