Former Auburn linebacker Gregg Carr is among the five new members of the College Football Hall of Fame from the SEC.

Ex-Ohio State coach Urban Meyer, who won three national titles, including one for the Buckeyes, has been voted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Urban Meyer will join Nick Saban in the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame class, while Michael Vick and Michael Strahan are among the former players who will be inducted. The National Football Foundation announced Saban’s selection last week and the rest of the 18-player, four-coach class Wednesday.

Legendary Troy football coach Larry Blakeney has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame for its 2025 class, it was announced Wednesday.

Former Minnesota center Greg Eslinger and St. John’s receiver Blake Elliott were named to the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame class on Wednesday. They will be officially inducted along with 16 other players and four coaches, including Urban Meyer and Nick Saban, on Dec. 9.

Former Texas Longhorns defensive back Michael Huff is one of 18 players named to the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame class. Huff played at Texas from 2002 to 2005, and was a member of the national championship -winning team that defeated USC in the 2005 Rose Bowl.

Wisconsin legend running back Montee Ball was announced as part of the College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2025 on Wednesday. The Badger great will be officially inducted during the National Football Foundation Awards Dinner on Dec. 9, 2025.
