Aston Villa have completed the loan signing of Chelsea defender Axel Disasi until the end of the season. He follows the arrivals of Marcus Rashford, Donyell Malen and Andres Garcia at Villa Park during the winter transfer window. They will pay a £5m fee to loan Disasi but again there is no purchase option.

Axel Disasi has joined Aston Villa from Chelsea on loan for the rest of the season. The Midlands giants will pay a loan fee of around £5million for the defender after holding off competition from Tottenham. Spurs were considering a move for the defender too, although they were put off by Chelsea’s loan fee.
