We arrived on main street about 10:10 in the morning and everything appeared to be open. People were sitting and eating on outdoor patios and people were coming out of retail establishments. My guess is probably at 9:00 for stores and 8:00 for restaurants.

Unfortunately, I am English and do not know when labour day falls. We always visit Park City in February and most of the shops are open until 9PM. Hope that helps
