Explore our permanent galleries to learn about the impact of the First World War, Second World War and the Holocaust, view era-defining art in the new Blavatnik Art, Film and Photography Galleries, or discover our special temporary exhibitions. We recommend allocating at least two hours for your visit. For families, take part in free children’s activities every weekend and during school holidays. Imperial war museum Duxford. A polish Freind is visiting IWM but does not speak English can you get headphones that translate to polish so he can enjoy the experience more

It is free but frankly I wouldn't waste your time. The exhibits are meagre and the whole place has been dumbed down. Both HMS Belfast and the Cabinet War Rooms are far better.
