The Lincoln Park Solar Garden is an ongoing project of Ecolibrium3, supplying energy support to the MAC-V Duluth Veterans Home and seeding a fund to assist low-income homeowners facing utility shut-off. As this site is developed, it will also serve as a welcoming entrance and place of convening for the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
